Brought in my father's Seiko automatic, which hadn't been opened in at least ten years. Khun Rung looked at it, described what she found in plain terms, and quoted a price before touching anything. The watch came back running steadily and they noted the crown seal was worn — they replaced it as part of the job without adding to the cost. Appreciated the straightforwardness.

I needed a battery replaced quickly — we were only in Phuket for another three days. Came in without an appointment, the technician fitted a battery and checked the seals while I waited. Around 45 minutes in total. They mentioned the strap needed a hole punched and did that too without me asking. Efficient and unhurried at the same time, which is a rare combination.

My grandfather's pocket watch was handed to me after he passed. I wasn't even sure it could still run. Khun Suwan at the workshop looked at the movement and was calm and clear about what was needed. Three weeks later I had the watch back, running properly, and a written summary of everything that was done. They also found a hairspring that was slightly out of shape and corrected it without charging extra. I would go back without hesitation.

I've had three watches serviced here over the past two years. A Citizen automatic, an old Tissot, and a cheaper daily quartz. Same level of attention for each one — they don't treat a less expensive watch as less important. Prices are fair and the timelines they give are accurate. No unpleasant surprises.

I called ahead to ask about a full service on my husband's watch. Khun Piyarat answered, was patient with my questions, and confirmed the price clearly before we came in. The watch was done in four days. Communication was good throughout. The only reason for four stars rather than five is that parking on Thawewong Road is a bit awkward during high season, but that's hardly their fault.

For something that could have been a stressful experience in a foreign city, it was straightforward and pleasant. Highly recommend to other visitors.
