Daily Watch Service
A light service for everyday and quartz watches, with a new battery, seal check, strap fitting, and a soft clean. A gentle choice for watches in regular wear. We explain anything we notice and leave the next step to you.

Full Service & Accuracy Check
A complete service for mechanical and quartz watches, covering cleaning, lubrication, timing adjustment, and a water-resistance review. Recommended when a watch runs slow or has been set aside. A clear written summary is shared beforehand.
- Movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- Re-lubrication of escapement and keyless works
- Timing adjustment on timing machine
- Water-resistance test and gasket renewal
- Case polishing (optional, discussed with owner)

Workshop protocols
Standards that apply across all three service tiers.
Intake documentation
Condition at arrival is recorded in writing. Any pre-existing wear noted before work begins.
Post-service testing
Mechanical watches are checked on a timing machine. Water-resistant cases are pressure tested.
Secure storage
All watches in care are stored in a locked cabinet outside workshop hours. Individual records kept for each piece.
Accessible to visitors
Watches can be returned by post within Thailand for clients who have left Phuket before the service is complete.
Service receipts
A receipt detailing work done and parts used is provided on collection for every service.
English and Thai
All staff speak both English and Thai. Enquiries by message or phone are welcome in either language.
